MusIQ is a casual, interactive assessment of musical perception. It is not a clinical tool, not a professional aptitude test, and not a substitute for evaluation by a music teacher, audiologist, or any other qualified professional. Your score, percentile, rank, and archetype are intended as a fun snapshot based on how you performed on a handful of short tasks. Do not make educational, medical, or career decisions on the basis of your result.

The code, audio samples, visual design, and written content of MusIQ are owned by the site operator unless otherwise noted. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy, rehost, or redistribute the test itself without permission.
MusIQ displays advertisements via Google AdSense and uses Google Analytics. These services are provided by Google and governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of ads shown to you.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the test, leaderboard, or any audio playback will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. If you listen to audio through the site, you are responsible for setting your playback volume to a safe level.
